I'm not impressed by the three Microsoft voices you have to choose from
it works much better than other text to speech extensions!
Could not get it to read my school academic papers.
Took me to an external website and wouldn't read the text I needed it to.
Difficult to use, I could not find where to click to make it start reading a page

It was COMPLETELY useless for using it on the page it doesn't work as good as all the reviews say its not a real TTS if you can't do it on everything i don't recommend this to anyone using this for anything other then news.
It cant read on the web page, you have to manually link it into it's program. the voice is cool tho
it will not let me convert somethings into the app. i also did this to mess up perfect 5 stars
