Sendspark is a very effective app. Comparable to Loom, it's great for screen recording as well as recording yourself while making a screen recording. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5, is because it is occasionally unreliable. On a few occasions I've recorded a lengthy video (15-25 minutes) and it never processed correctly or appeared in my account. I'm sure this will improve with time, but until then, I'll stick to shorter videos. Other than that, it's really an amazing app for the price!

I'm using Sendspark to create interactive video messages with my customers and prospects. I love it, and so do they! It adds a more "human element" to our interactions, beyond email - yet it lives in the inbox (which we can't seem to walk away from...haha). Sendspark is super easy to use, intuitive and powerful. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic feature set. Being able to send a link for customers to be able to record their thoughts on screen or in person is an amazing and useful feature without needing them to install any software on their side. It's loom multiplied by 10. Everyone should get this.

I've been using SendSpark since January 2021 and I find the video quality is much better than the similar tools I have used, so this is my go-to when I do a demo of something. The page customization might be a little too basic for some but it gets the job done. I love the ability to request videos from other people, whether it be testimonials or feedback. The UI is clean and easy to figure out. Improvements I would like to see is the ability to see how much storage space you have used in your account. It would also be nice to have a face-only introduction before going to the screen share.
