This is one of my most used tools...I have been in digital marketing for over 10 years and I have to say that I probably use this tool the most. Really effective for not only shooting screencasts and showing clients but also for generating call to action mini landing pages. I love that I can track all the views and clicks within the dashboard aswell. Do not be fooled by thinking this is a simple software...It is but it is seriously good! Support is also 5 star and they cannot do enough to help. Add to that the ability to add your branding and have an awesome amount of time available for recording and you will see you cannot go wrong with Sendspark!

The SendSpark app works like a charm and has a great team behind a great product. A fantastic way to send personal welcome videos to clients. It really ads the personal touch and starts the process of building the 'know like and trust' that is essential for future sales. Also being able to ask for video testimonials is fantastic. Sendspark is just so simple and user friendly which makes it an essential tool for any business wishing to stand out in a crowded market place.

Sendspark es una herramienta genial para grabar y enviar vídeos así como solicitar a los remitentes que contesten usando vídeo también. Permite generar campañas con un CTA y analizar el impacto de cada vídeo. Puede personalizarse la apariencia para adaptarlo a tu branding. Crea un GIF a modo de preview que puede usarse en newsletters o emails, aumentando muchísimo el open rate y aún más el CTR de los links a los vídeos. Genial para crear videotutoriales mostrando la pantalla y a la persona que está hablando. Ideal también para comunicaciones internas más atractivas que una simple entrada de blog, chat o newsletter. La interfaz gráfica es muy fácil de utilizar. Aprender a usar sendspark es cosa de niños. ¡Servicio muy muy recomendado!

Sendspark is good and even helped with the open rate of my emails. But I'm greatly disappointed with their customer service. People usually don't leave reviews like these and I'm one of them. I received an email to write a review here in the Chrome store in exchange for 4x storage. Why not?! But guess what. As enthusiastically as I did this review, Bethany Stachenfield was very happy to increase my storage. However, it didn't happen. After more than 15 email exchanges and 22 days, she stopped responding. Even when I reminded her about it, she sounded as if she's forgotten what she told me that the incentive was a mistake and my storage has been quadrupled already which clearly isn't. She even mistakenly thought I was in a different plan. Crazy. What do you think of companies that renege and make up excuses for their mistake? Be careful. For me, the product and the people behind it are both equally vital for their success. Think twice. They might suddenly change something on their TOS and you can't do anything. Nuff said.

Sendspark is a very useful tool for sending videos for marketing purposes. I was looking at how to engage my customers more, and videos provide a more interactive experience for the customer, so I was excited to try this out. Having a plugin in my browser is super-convenient as I can make the videos on the go with ease. The other thing I like is the interface, which is easy to use for a beginner such as myself. Creating videos which is the main purpose was also pretty much seamless in my experience. It's a good tool and recommended
