Also the product is solid, the onboarding was great with short videos everywhere to help you get familiar with the tool. The product is easy to use, which shows that their UI/UX team has put a lot of thought into it.

Very user friendly and works brilliant for embedding within emails. We use this a lot for our internal briefings. This asynchronous format reduces the amount of time we spend with everyone having to be online in meetings, reducing meeting fatigue and just saving time as our team can review the brief at a time that works for them. What I really like about Sendspark is the way they are in communication with and listing to their customers (me for example), not common practice these days. For a software that is offering to enable better customer experience (now it is about MY customers!) that is crucial and let me trust the product and work with it. This is a great tool and simple to use. It's going to be great for getting back to clients with welcome messages, recorded videos on how to do things, and so much more. I used to spend a lot of time taking screen shots and annotating them and sending pictures but now I can do a quick video showing what to do in just a few seconds!!

I have been a long time loom user but ever since i used sendspark i didnt go back to loom. What ultimately won me over is simplicity of the UI, the moment you open the app you are good to go and there is absolutely no learning curve. Recording screencast works like a charm but the ability to send videos in email is the actual deal clincher

The extension allows variable shapes and sizes for your face recording which allows you to create a non standard customized look. The service provides a drop dead simple landing page per video that is simple with logo, video and CTA, nothing more nothing less and its magic for executing a lead conversion because the effort is focused and clean. Well done.
