I'm super excited about using SendSpark. It is really easy to use and within few minutes I sent my first video with my own branding on. This is great to build rapport with your new leads. I've been using Loom for a while until they set the 5-minute limit so Sendspark came as a lifesaver. It's a mix of both worlds, personalized videos and screen recording, and they do both really good. This is going to take out marketing, sales follow-up and client engagement to the next level. SendSpark has been designed to be accessible from the convenience of this extension and directly within gmail. It also gives us an easy way to request video feedback and testimonials, with the results delivered directly into our online workspace. Really promising and recommended! Give it a try.

It's a great app. I've been using Loom for a few years and this has a lot more capabilities, especially when you are using video client facing and for sales. Two important features that aren't part of this app yet (in the pipeline) which I miss from Loom is pausing your video and editing it after recording it - that's why it gets 4 stars. Another small nuisance is the time it takes to get the video ready. During that time, it freezes your window that you were recording which sometimes can be annoying because it stops your productivity. Overall, this app has fantastic potentials and I can't wait to see it even more refined.

I'm not very tech-savvy, and when I purchase or subscribe to some services, my biggest concern is the learning curve. Given I'm impatient and always want things to be as intuitive as possible, I had no issues here with SendSpark. I quickly set up my account, added a logo, tested the screen and camera recording. So far, everything has been done quickly. One of the things that confused me a little is if I manage My Account and want to return to my workspace (not switch but return), I have to click the logo. Intuitively, I was looking for the right-hand bubble option or just in the screen's working area. Not a big deal. Other than that, so far seems like a great marketing tool.
