I was looking into similar tools and I almost missed out on Sendspark. This is simple enough and versatile enough for my needs in marketing, follow-up and onboarding. The ability to have different workspaces is a HUGE plus so I can manage multiple brands with just one login. Changing the logo and colors are simple and straightforward to match my brands. CNAME is currently on the roadmap (for each workspace, as I understand it) and will look forward to be able to use it soon. One suggestion for the tool, though, is I had no idea what the thumbs up icon was for at first and it needs to be placed elsewhere or have the text “Like this Video” right next to the icon. Apparently, when you hover your mouse over your video, there is an icon you can click to “Like” the video but it was more confusing to me than not. It needs to be more obvious what it is for. Another improvement I’d like to see is instead of taking the extra steps to put in the “Request Video” link inside the CTA button, it would be great if this can be an option that is built-in the CTA directly. I tested to see whether or not I can record a video on my phone. It worked! It would be nice to have an app but logging into Sendspark with a browser on my phone works just fine for me in the meantime.

When I first got my account with Sendspark, I used the chat bot to quickly look up how to set up everything the way I wanted. But it wasn't a bot at all, it was Brandon. We joked about my mistaking the chat for being a bot and he answered my questions... No muss, no fuss, and pleasant all around. This is my reach out tool. To spark the conversation and get people engaging with me. This is also my way to clone myself and deliver the frequently asked questions effectively and in a personal way. Convenience for me and making a personal impact for both my prospects and patrons. My kind of deal, all day and everyday. I look forward to growing with Sendspark the tool and the team.
