SendSpark Makes You A Better Communicator! I'm really loving this tool for sending videos to clients via email. Clients love video content, and it's so much faster and easier for me to explain via voice than to type it all out. I can also use SendSpark to record screencast videos, so that I can show them exactly what I would like them to change on their website so that we can file their trademark application and show use of their trademark. This tool allows me to embed the thumbnail right into the email, rather than just put a boring old link. seeing my face makes the client want to click and engage with me, so my videos in the emails are more likely to be watched.

Just started using the tool and so far it is exactly what I need. You have one chance with first impressions and this is a unique way to do that and to make you stand out from the noise! We are using this to say hello to patients that are scheduled to come in and see us with our masks on. Nothing like breaking the ice before the patient even shows up!

It's SO easy to use from my Windows or Mac. I love how all of my videos are stored together and I can easily manage my workflow. It's great to have a personal touch right at my fingertips!

Bought tier one to make sure I didn't miss out, as one can move between the tiers almost at will, subject to refund periods as I noted. I just upped to tier two at the earliest convenience as I anticipate I will be using this often to procure reviews and true user experiences on video. Customer service is excellent and I was helped out the other day by none other than the CEO himself when I had a question--could he really have been doing a shift on the help desk? What a guy. Great product, helpful people ... what's not to love? :)
