Constantly FAILS with this error. "It looks like you are trying to use the extension from multiple devices at the same time. To ensure smooth running, please, close the extension on one of the devices and try again." The browser extension / Plugin doesn't work. For paid users, it keeps complaining that there are multiple browser windows open. Geez. Who in the world is using more than one window of a browser! Could someone please help solve this problem, or mention it upfront on the extension plugin page as to which other concurrent sessions are actually being detected by the plugin. I doubt anyone actually wrote and implemented the functionality to detect any other sessions and display it in a helpful manner. It just complains with below error. What a sheer waste of time and resources.

This 1-star is for "Arnold" on the support team. I sent in a ticket because I keep getting a false error saying I'm logged in on other pc's. But I have **NEVER** logged into Hexofy on other pc's... EVER... not even once. I have stated this in 3 emails now, and "Arnold" keeps replying to my email saying to log out of Hexofy from other pc's 🤡🤡🤡 Next step is leaving more 1-star reviews on the big review platforms. Play stupid games = win stupid prizes.

Comon, don't overdo that with the fake reviews here okay because it looks too good to be true even without trying it. The extension loads every time I go back to extension's main window and every time it will deduct the number of credits. That is a stupid idea, sorry. I haven't even tried 2 or 3 pages and all my credits are gone because trying to understand how to edit templates. The default Amazon template is useless. There are free apps that work better. Airtable has extension that allows me to scrape Amazon more effectively. EBay template is a joke, can't even fill in the CSV from left to right but rather some fills left to right and most top to bottom into lines instead into columns, You are boasting on your side you have preconfigured templates to save my time. The templates are anything but preconfigured and thus not saving my time. The price you asking is not justified for the time I spend configuring something you are suggesting does not require lots of time spent.

I wish the guys would spend 10% of their time at watching what the companies do they try to challenge. No doubts, they offer great LifeTimeDeals but the catch is that by the time the product is competitive enough to use in production, you are used to the alternative that switching gets pretty expensive since you start from scratch. Intuitive, easy, fast, even smart is VERY different. Here is what I am missing after playing 5 minute with it: 1) Allow to scrape a LinkName and its source URL in one go (templatebuilder) 2) Allow to scrape HTML Tags/Chips (e.g. categories (plural)) 3) Allow to send/fetch my data using an API/Webhook 4) Allow to simple data modification in the template builder (e.g. once tags/pills/categories can be scraped, allow comma separation) or give me options to make all upperCase or LowerCase ...) 5) Allow to copy the built-in recepies to adjust them to my needs 6) Make connect gSheets work or at the BARE MINIMUM create a meaningful error message +guidance rather an empty "close" window when things (as in 99% of my test cases) do not work 7) Scrape Image SRC + Image Alt Text + Image Link Text + extract Name from Text or URL or,... 8) Document character limitations (In 9/10 cases I ran into them without knowing why, then using my own template on the same site I could extract CSV, gSheets NEVER worked (see above) ... If the purpose of scraping isn't about saving time a scraping extension that limits me to 10k characters is 100% not meeting its purpose. To give you one example: Ever used 'Databar'? Better TemplateBuilder, Allows API/Webhooks (even in the free version), for real, guys, bringing a new product on a well served market not doing ANYTHING better than the tools you want to challenge is 100% not the best invest resources. In no means I want to be offensive but as a company, you might want to consider the customers perspective. Mine so far is, that you throw half baken tools on the market never get them finished and as you need capital you throw in another tool - rinse and repeat. (Hexowatch, Hexomatic, that CRM that never will make sense, now this excerpt of Hexomatic since its too time intensive to configure and limited to use for the majority of people. You got the skills. Start doing one thing right - perfectly.

INSECURE!! They don't report all the permissions they use in the Chrome Extension Store. This extension, in addition to requiring full access to all Google Drive files, in the latest version now requires permission to MANAGE ALL USER APPS, EXTENSIONS, AND THEMES. I reached out to support to ask why these last three permissions were included and how it would help extract data from websites. They don't explain the reason for these new permissions and just say that users must accept all permissions. These new permissions are not listed in Chrome's extension store.
