Night mode and themes are intrusive and there's no way to turn them off. I'm fine with sticking to YT's default Night Mode setting without this extension getting in the way. Other than that, this is a lifesaver. I hate comments, loathe video recommendations, and there's no guarantee that the video descriptions won't be filled with inane garbage. This will get rid of all of that.

Improved youtube is one of the best tool for chrome to play videos and it has adblock option and many more options

It takes some a bit of time and playing with it but after like two days of having it, my Youtube looks great. The features are great but a little confusing with the option name, but the change loads quick and reverting the option isn't hard to do. Also the UI design is beautiful and easy to read. Overall great app for people who browse Youtube for hours at a time like I do.
