Clearly worked better, but is not discontinued. When enabling this in one tab (on a website), my facebook page stopped scrolling. scroll bars disappeared, although I did not click on easyreader's icon in that tab. I do like that it allows you to select what region to view. But I think it still needs some work in ironing out compatibility.

THANK YOU! This is exactly what I wanted and after Evernote Clearly was discontinued was forced to test a lot of readability tools. This is the only one that: 1. Upon opening layout allows to select text for text to speech program instead of some in-app function to handle selection (Evernote). 2. Does not change boxes to a point where mentioned TTS program breaks (all other extensions). 3. Actually works as intended. I do have some requests/suggestions to improve it further: 1. Option to remove graphics from output. 2. If cutting them out can't be added, would it be possible to either give option to edit CSS fully (advanced option or similar) or at least force text background to be `!important`?

Does exactly what I need it to do! There are plenty of wiiiiide web pages which are quite hard to read. This extension narrows them, effectively making them much more readable. And what I like a lot about this extension - it keeps actual page content intact! Bravo! Thumbs up!

An Ok Alternative to Firefox's and Microsoft Edge's reader mode. Get's the job done, but needs to automatically put the web page in reader mode, not wait for me to select a element.
