1. User visits any webpage and clicks the Link Grabber toolbar button or right-clicks and selects 'Link Grabber' from context menu. 2. Content script (contentscript.js) scans the page DOM for all anchor elements, extracting href, host, hostname, origin, pathname, search, hash, and link text. 3. Extracted links are sent via chrome.runtime.sendMessage to the service worker. 4. Service worker stores links in chrome.storage.session keyed by tab ID. 5. A new tab opens (html/links.html) displaying all extracted links. 6. User can filter by substring, toggle duplicate/same-origin visibility, group by domain, and copy links to clipboard. 7. Session data is automatically cleaned when the source tab is closed.
