I have tried quite a few different apps and extensions in the last 7-8 years that do not even compare to this simple extension. Hands down the best for sound quality and volume control in one simple drag bar for volume control 0-600. Yesterday I went and downloaded two of the higher rated extensions and checked them out. And less then 1-2 minutes I deleted them. and turned this volume control back on. I have BOSTON ACOUSTICS sub wooferwith its volume bass control and tweeters that have there own volume control and my laptop volume control with volume control on which ever music app or extension I use and your %600 control. So thats 5 volume control options to use. You can really dial in the very best possible sound and very loud if you chose sound and it quoting ED Brimley...... I certainly must say this extension NO LESS THAN ROCKS MY HEAD OFF.

Probably my most used and def most useful chrome extension. If you have multiple tabs and chrome pages and wonder where the music/loud ad is coming from you can even click the extension and it takes you to the tab playing sound. Get this extension now!

IT IS INSANELY USEFUL AND EASY TO USE, whenever ive classess, sometimes it is too loud, and idk how to slow it down on extension, ill just slow it down, really convenient and fast. Im loving the heck out of this seriously, ive been using for years now, great extension, and suprisingly the audio quality will only when u go 700percent plus plus, which is SUPER LOUD, I LOVE IT SO MUCH u003c3

So far so good, and exactly what I needed to turn down the annoyingly loud notifications from Google Hangouts and Calendar, especially when I have another tab or app that needs to be a lot louder for a given reason.nnMy only gripe is when you change the volume on a tab, it wipes out the favicon with some weird gray square. I don't understand this at all - why does it need to do this? Now any tab I have adjusted the volume on looks the same in the top bar, and I have to guess what's what or cycle through them. I rely on those icons to be able to quickly jump to certain tabs.

This extension does exactly what it says, and with proficiency. Recommended for anyone who has a computer that just doesn't play the music loud enough! Five stars go to Peta Sittek, as he developed the program very nicely. It's simple and easy to understand/use, so there will be no hassle of trying to figure out the controls for eons.
