Before I'm about to go and spend money on a book, this extension reminds me that the book might be available for free at one of my local libraries. Right there, next to the Amazon 'buy' button, unobtrusive but perfectly placed, the extension looks up the book in the catalogues of all of my pre-selected libraries. This extension is helping me build a habit of using the resources at the library, rather than giving money to Amazon. And if the book is available, the extension makes it so easy to navigate to the library page.

A very handy tool to be able to look for books with one search rather than navigating multiple sites. I also very much appreciate that not only does it tell me if the book is available at the library, but there is also the option to submit a hold request - complete with estimated length of time until available. Finally, the developer was very quick to respond to my request to add my local library. If you don't see your library requested, you can submit a request for it to be added.

Library Extension , offered by: https://www.libraryextension.com, is the best extension. It is certainly the most useful. When I browse books at Amazon, the extension tells me which of my libraries may have it and in which form. It saves me a load of money and helps the libraries show what they have in their catalog. I would love to see it as an android option also.

This extension has been so helpful since we started homeschooling this year. I initially was spending so much time looking up books in multiple places. I love that I can see results from multiple libraries and Scribd (this extension is actually what showed me that Scribd would be worth the cost for us). I just wish there was a phone app version since I use my phone more than my laptop.
