I love how easy it is to use. I don't have to cross-check my books. The information is in front of me. If it's available, I can get it. If it's not, I can place a hold. If my library doesn't have it, I can buy it on Amazon or somewhere else just as cheap.

I have no idea how this extension messed up so bad. I tried it for the first time yesterday to see if a book on Amazon was available at my local library. The extension said it is available and took me to the library site to place a hold and pick up at my local library. However, went I sent my dad to pick up the book, he was given the wrong book. This could have been an error on my dad or the library's part, but when I called the library, they didn't have a hold under my name for the correct book AND it wasn't available at that library! When I checked the site without the extension, it says the book is unavailble there and offers other locations. It does NOT say this while using the extension to get to the same site; it bypasses the location page completely. The librarian then helped me put a hold on the correct book from another library. TL;DR: The extension told me copies were available at my preferred library (but they weren't), did not actually place the hold I asked it to make, and may have assigned me a completely wrong book instead.
