This tool is required for my work. There are some awesome capabilities that this tool has, like easily moving prospects from SFDC to Outreach, or popping up a calling window so you can keep other info tabs open. But this tool causes me no end of difficulty with chrome. I didn't know it was this extension for sure until I read others' review. This extension causes chrome to crash ALL THE TIME! I troubleshoot or delete/replace it, but the problems come back whenever I turn the extension on. Please fix this extension so it doesn't constantly crash people's google chrome.

Support is very responsive but it hasn't been linking to SFDC classic for 5 months. We view this feature as essential. Support has had me uninstall and reinstall several times but it has not worked for even a day.

One of the worst exertions I have ever used. This will constantly crash your Google Chrome. If you are evaluating this as a solution, I would highly recommend looking at other software because these extensions are crucial to our daily activities. Most of the time, Support will buck the problem over to another exertion and say it isn't theirs; however, when you turn off the Outreach extension. Everything else works flawlessly. You will notice there are a ton of comments about this in these reviews.

Very powerful tool - only problem is that it is slow to load almost all the time. If the connection with SFDC was quicker, it probably wouldn't take a full day to upload reports & contacts into outreach. Like the idea, but you need some patience to execute.
