Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

UDPATE 11/27/2023 After years of use and at least half a dozen COMPLETE losses of the stored tabs, let me save you the pain and horror of losing all of your stored tabs. Without warning, all of your tabs will vanish and there's no recovery for the most part. Furthermore, there is ZERO support from the developer. Learn how to leverage Chrome's "save all tabs" feature. OneTab could've been great but they sure dropped the ball. I can't even tell you how furious this extension has made this normally calm person. Walk away from this extension. No. Run away! 08/24/2018 Are you kidding me!!? This is the best thing since sliced bread, man. If you're a power user and/or SysAdmin like I am this extension is a MUST. And now the new share as a webpage function!!? OMGosh, I love you guys! Thanks!!!

This thing is awesome
Cannot restore tabs. Only display the number of total tabs.
Restoring tabs lead to blank white pages on screen.
They say... "Don't worry about closing OneTab - you will not lose your stored tabs. Even if you close all tabs and exit your web browser and restart your computer, the tabs you have stored in OneTab will not be lost." Well, mine are all lost! Where are they? Was working great then all of a sudden a blank OneTab page and all my saved tabs are GONE!! Make sure you back up your tabs because you never know when they will DISAPPEAR! EDIT I was able to pull up a "OneTab shared page" from my browsing history that I shared over a month ago and was able to extract all my saved tabs. I can go to my chrome browsing history to extract any urls i need between then and now. SO the End has not come. I will back up from now on if I know where the save location is in the latest version.

used it for a while now and now ... lost all my saved tabs. apparently no way to get them back.
Used it for years without any issue. But recently it's just been crashing over and over again. Lost too many saved tabs too many times to continue using it. Sucks loved this extension.
