Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

It is really useful, but I forgot about it most of the time....therefor a scheduler might be a good option ...Most of the time I hibernate my PC..so the browser is opened for several days, weeks...if I could make a schedule to automatically "onetabizy" the browser from time to time it will be great :-)
It pretty much does everything you could want it to do in terms of getting a grip on multiple tabs and organizing favourite tabs.
This is soooo useful! especially when doing research one of the best chrome extensions for making browing easier.
The one thing I loved about Firefox that Chrome didn't offer, was inactive tabs did not use any resources nor load until you clicked on them. I tend to have 50+ tabs open, so that made Chrome start up pretty slow, plus use a lot of memory and CPU. Now OneTab to the rescue! Love it! It did all the developers promised; reduced memory and CPU usage.
Love this extension and I use it CONSTANTLY. I'm holding back one star only because I'd like the ability to more easily organize things inside of OneTab (generally making it more simple to group things by topic. Being able to rearrange the groups and move more than one item at a time from one group to another would be a fantastic start. Being able to collapse groups would also be great. Oh, and browser sync!! (So I can at least access the list on my mobile device)
I love this extension, so useful for when i've got billions of tabs while doing homework.
Excellent but please implement saving settings/links to google account
Une extension qui fait son taff. On voit tout de suite la différence une fois les onglets mis dans Onetab.
Love OneTab! -Seems I'm always running up against memory limitations (with too many tabs & other apps running)), so OneTab becomes my 'session saver' Use it with both Chrome and Firefox. (Win7 Home Premium, 2GB Pentium; but only 3000MB memory - and lots of frequently-used apps).
Был сбой приложения - пропало около 50 вкладок. Без возможности восстановления. В топку.
