Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

OneTab has made my browsing so much faster. I love keeping my tabs but it slowed down the browser. Now I can have my tabs and the browser is speedy. Thanks, One Tab.
Thank you!!! Incredibly useful. I open tabs like crazy to avoid then pressing the back button/waiting for reloading... this extension is such an easy way to improve my laptop's memory and/or capacity, or quickly simplify my browsing without losing links or having to browse through my history. Thank you again, definitely 5 star extension (esp. with being able to lock tab groups and name them). Highly recommend!

Awesome! An absolute must-have extension! many ways to use it: - save or share webpages / tabs as single HTML file with links - import and export URLs - merge a pile of tabs to one for later use - intelligent list. (once a tab is opened it is removed from the list unless it was locked) - selective saving (all to the left/right, all except, only this, ...) - other functions like naming a tab group, locking tabs, rearranging and removing items, ...
I love this extension - the options are extensive, and it works technically without a problem as described. When I send tabs to OneTab, the memory reduces as promised. However, I did not give it five stars because I noticed one potentially huge issue... Keeping OneTab displayed as a tab when it has more than a few hundred tabs saved on it uses so much memory that it slows my browser (on a 6 core CPU/12 GB RAM computer) the same way that the tabs themselves do before sending them to OneTab. I use this extension on both Chrome and Firefox, and it does the same on both browsers when I have more than a few hundred listed. If this can be fixed so that I can have as many tabs as I need and not use so much memory itself, I'll come back and rate it five stars. (Reasonably speaking of course - I currently have 2000+ tabs on my FireFox version, and almost 1000 on this Chrome version.) Thanks for the awesome extension!
Very helpful extension, very lightweight and productivity oriented extension, kudos to the developer for such a well thought out idea.
Great app, just a suggestion, can you add onetab page data sync feature so that when i switch devices within same chrome acct can still get tabs?
