Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

Simple, yet smart. The best, most useful app I've downloaded from this site. Thanks. And thanks to the users who offer ideas on improving it and do so constructively. As for the nitpickers and complainers who say things like, "One more thing that I find unacceptable is that the tabs don't show up on Tabs Outliner like they do with The Great Suspender." Really? Unacceptable? It's a free app that is useful and effective. It's not what's Unacceptable. What is Unacceptable is your childish sense of entitlement. ...Go with Christ:)

use this all the time, it is amazing!
Fellow Tab Hoarders, this is for you! Imagine all your tabs neatly arranged into one easy to see page, thereby allowing you to pick your reading/research up later and free up memory now! I was using the "Session Buddy" Chrome extension before, but have not touched that since getting OneTab. The only thing I would add is a way to select and grab a whole group of tabs to add them to another. Then forgetful people like me can "merge" groups we have inadvertently duplicated.
I didn't know how much I wanted this until now. It's intuitive and a great problem-solver. Be sure to check the "NEW Features / Help" link on the upper right for some great tips. I'm so pleased to have discovered this nifty Chrome gadget. It's a keeper.

I want to give this extension 6 or more stars. It is a true winner. Phooey on bookmarks. OneTab is the way to go. Google, why not drag some of those money bags out of the vault and go buy this app code from the developer so it can be integrated into Chrome.
This is God-send extension for us tab-holics!
