Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.
When your tabs are in the OneTab list, you will save up to 95% of memory because you will have reduced the number of tabs open in your web browser.
Privacy assurance
OneTab is designed for privacy. Your tab URLs are never transmitted or disclosed to either the OneTab developers or any other party, and icons for tab URL domains are generated by Google. The only exception to this is if you intentionally click on our 'share as a web page' feature that allows you to upload your list of tabs into a web page in order to share them with others. Tabs are never shared unless you specifically use the 'share as a web page' feature.
Additional Benefits
Storing tabs in OneTab can also speed up your computer by reducing the CPU load and memory (RAM) usage of your browser. Even a high-end computer can become sluggish when many browser windows are open, because each open browser window may constantly consume resources.

Love this extension and it greatly improves my working experience. You can move tabs between groups, rename them, and change the order of the groups (and tabs within the group) which is incredibly useful for organising my work and is a quick way of creating a to-do list by moving all open tabs to a OneTab group at the touch of a button. My only gripe is that the tab groups can't be collapsed but I have submitted this as a feature request today so we will see if they are able to implement that! This is a free extension and I have used it for many years, at different companies, and on different laptops and always make sure it is one of the first extensions I install. I could not be without it, to the extent I would pay for it as it is seriously that essential to my day to day life. I absolutely could not recommend more. I have looked at other extensions that offer a similar service (due to the inability to collapse tab groups) and none come close in terms of functionality and ease of use. It also greatly reduces the amount of processing power Chrome uses by not needing too have multiple tabs open. I currently have 202 tabs stored in OneTab (hence the desire to be able to collapse groups) and have noticed no slowing down of my operating system, which would not be the case without this extension.
Please help me recover my onetabs - reset computer and expected them to be saved. GONE. Love onetab though. Great extension
To this day, I haven't found a better tool to help with my ADHD issues than OneTab. If I get stressed because I've opened 80 tabs shopping for something and can't finish right now but need to free up space to run a different program, one-tab it for later. If I have 4 different projects I've rabbit-holed down and my computer's slowing because of all the tabs...one-tab 3 of them, save them for later. If I am just nervous about losing things I've found and need to keep them together so I can easily open them all again... onetab. I've learned to finally go to a system where I can turn off my computer overnight to save energy because onetab is here for me.
This is one of my most-used extensions and has got to be one of the most handy tools available on the Web Store. Tab grouping is very handy, and sharing as a web page makes it super easy to send a bunch of links to someone else or even another device of your own.
Non funziona più. Un disastro.
No idea what's going on the past few days but its just essentially inactive - trying to group tabs and get on with other tasks but i press the icon button and nothing happens - been around 4 days now. hoping this gets sorted soon.
have been using it for a year now , one thing that would solve a lot of issues is allowing to save the tab groups in one of a chrome window all in one place that belongs to the window rather than saving each group separately.

Having the same issue today with the Chrome Extension. Normally I just right click on the icon in my extensions and I can choose which tabs to send to OneTab. No options appear now. I have to send all the tabs in the window at once. Going to contact you via your site.
I love this extension but lately i´ve been having problems with the button for showing the main page and the ones for adding new tabs being not clickable :/
