Updated my review. Initially this utility didnt' work for me and I tried a dozen times however after uninstalling and reinstalling it actually worked! There are no buttons to click, its just automatic and you should see a message on your product that says "Vine Spinner has Fixed your item" or something like that. For cool, thanks!

Don't quite understand why Vine can't fix this issue., because this extension certainly does. Also don't understand why Vine Customer Service won't just point people to it. I can't believe I'm the only user experiencing this spinning wheel issue. Ah well...the many mysteries of Amazon. Anyway, I installed it...it works great...and I am once again a happy camper!
