I have been using Dubb for over a year, and while I need to use it more, even the little I have been able to integrate into my business has resulted in tremendous response. If you're not using video in your business, you need to. The ability to build trust through transparent and vulnerable communication like video, is unmatched by text based communication. I would argue that video can have a better impact than face to face in some applications. Face to face (or voice to voice) requires the other party to also open up (hence the sharp decline in answer rates these days) whereas video allows YOU to be the first one to open up and be vulnerable by putting yourself on camera. Dubb is a platform that has a few big competitors, but Dubb's platform is so far superior to others that it isn't even a comparison really. Not to mention their incredible customer service and support with on-going trainings available...incredible. I would recommend Dubb for...literally any person in any industry, if your job involves communicating with anyone at all.

Nutze Dubb nun seit ca. 4 Monaten und bis nicht zufrieden sondern absolut BEGEISTERT. Habe vorher schon Tools wie Covideo, BombBomb und Vidyard genutzt und muss sagen, dass Dubb alle guten Funktionalitäten von den anderen Anbietern vereint. Dubb ist ein sehr mächtiges Werkzeug, mit dem ich meine Prozesse wesentlich effektiver gestalten kann. Auch die Analysetools helfen mir, herauszufinden, wo und wie ich mich verbessern kann. Was mir beim Umstieg sehr geholfen hat, ist der professionelle Support; auch bietet Dubb JEDEN Werktag (Mo-Fr) ein kostenfreies Livewebinar an, bei dem die unterschiedlichen Funktionalitäten vorgestellt werden und ausführlich auf Fragen eingegangen wird. Gerne werde ich in ein paar Monaten eine weitere Bewertung abgeben, wenn ich noch tiefer in das Programm eingestiegen bin.
