I joined DUBB about a month ago and I love it. DUBB has so much to offer and with their friendly and knowledgeable support staff in addition todaily 1:1 webinars, you can't go wrong with this product. It's a heck of a lot better than BombBomb.

The UX on the extension and web app makes it very easy to lose data. A double confirmation on deleting a recording is logical and commonplace today. It is extremely frustrating to lose a video ( in my case 30 minutes of one ) by accidentally clicking the wrong icon when finished.

Previously tried Loom and demo'd a few other video email platforms. Found Dubb and no looking back. Their ever growing features and support are great. I've gotten to know a lot of the folks here with my support, training and billing questions and they are nothing but GREAT! They offer daily trainings online + a huge video training library. If you want additional training they have great partners who can help you with anything you want to accomplish. People love my videos far more than my emails!
