This used to work great for me a couple of years back. Now that I've reinstalled it, I click on it and literally nothing happens. Shame because it used to save a lot of time, but as of now it's pretty useless.

It works great most of the time, but sometimes it struggles to login or even open. Have been using it for about 1.5 years now. When it works, it's great, but when it doesn't, it is really annoying.

I have been using Mendeley for more than 5 years, but the older it gets, the worse is everything... Extension, app, word plugin - everything works slowly, the design became annoying, I have to sign in to all the three things even if I am signed-in already in one of them. Especially this signing-in process in the extension... Never saves the password although I checked and re-checked my setting in the browser and all the other passwords are saved fine. Moving articles in the application to trash every time is a disaster - I have to repeat it again and again. Word plugin needs to be restarted each time I add something new. Settings in the app became both too primitive and user-unfriendly. Summing up, all the three parts of this mendeley system, INCLUDING this extension, work awful. I still believe there can be an improvement, and I am only continue working with mendeley because of my faith and 100500 articles in my library.
