Seamless has predatory pricing terms. The software has a lot of dynamic and useful features and I wish I could offer a better review. Unfortunately, I do agree with the other 1-star reviews here. Be careful before you start an engagement with Seamless.ai
It's okay, I guess. Helps with the grunt work of prospecting, but it's not as 'AI-powered' as they claim. Bit overhyped.
Absolute miracle for our SDR team. Ramped up our outreach by 300% in the first month alone. Minor bugs, but nothing deal-breaking.
Not usually one for writing reviews, but Seamless.AI deserves the praise. It's that good.
Gotta give it up for Seamless.AI. It's like they read my mind and made exactly what I needed. Killer tool!
There’s other competitors in the space but if you’re a paying user, then I found the service at Seamless to be the best. If i have any questions, there seems to always be someone I can talk to. This is a USA based company too, which I like supporting.
Can't imagine going back to manual prospecting after using this. Haha! its like thinking back to the days we used to keep maps in our cars before GPS! I suspect sales reps will never know about all the time we spent going through websites and out of touch databases.
It's grown on me. Wasn't sure at first, but now it's an essential part of my workflow. Just wish the UI was a bit more detailed in how the educate users. They have in-app videos which are nice though. Overall it’s a solid product.
Our sales team swears by Seamless.AI, but our marketing team finds it lacking. It's a solid tool for outbound sales, but if you need comprehensive sales and marketing alignment, you might need to supplement with other tools in addition with Seamless.
While not perfect, Seamless.AI has become an invaluable part of our prospecting process. The pros outweigh the cons, especially for US-focused campaigns. We're hoping to see improvements in international data coverage in future updates.
