Visit the Acima MarketPlace™, and select where you’d like to shop from some of your favorite online retailers*. You can also choose from over 15,000 in-store locations if you’d rather shop in person.

Get approved up-front so you know what you can spend or just start adding eligible items to your cart. You can then apply (if you haven’t already done so), sign your agreement, and setup an initial payment.

NEVER TRUST ACIMA! IT's SCAM! I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Acima, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before using their services. I'll explain it here in detail so that others, especially newcomers, can be aware of the problems with your misleading service. First of all, I purchased furniture costing $3,500 from Ashley, which I intended to pay in full. However, I was convinced to use Acima by a representative who said it would help me build credit as a newcomer and that the payment terms were 90 days. When I called Acima's customer service to ask about payment, I was told, quite rudely, that payments would be deducted directly from my bank account. That seemed fine to me at the time. What I wasn’t told is that you wouldn't deduct the full amount within the 90 days. Without any warning or notification, my agreement was converted into a lease, and now I’m expected to pay $9,500 for furniture that only cost $3,500! I received no email or notice about this change. When I tried calling your customer service twice, they simply said they would open a case for me, which would take 15 business days. I never heard back. This feels like a total scam because you're not interested in resolving the issue. You mislead people into paying much more than they expected, and your only solution is to return the furniture – after I've already paid $4,700! I’m pregnant in my third trimester and cannot return the beds and furniture that I need right now. This is outrageous! The only option left for me is to spread the word that ACIMA IS A SCAM, especially for newcomers. Do not trust Acima!

app is broken dont waste your time and money it WILL charge you for your downpayment then not work. Ive tried 6 times $75 each transaction and no solution from the company they told me its fixed i gave it a week and it happened again.

I cant get no where wih this i keep getting send round from each department because i cannot change my store i have done all the suggestions spent all dat sat trying order a desk i called several times chatted emailed and still no help I will just take my business somewhere i was approve for 825 wanted to use it at overstock they told to fill out another app but it did not go through you say i am approve then it says i am not approved

To everyone that was having a hard time with purchasing through Best Buy, here is what you do: CHECK OUT AS GUEST. WHEN ACIMA ASKS YOU TO SIGN INTO YOUR BEST BUY ACCOUNT, STILL PRESS CHECK OUT AS GUEST. TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR VIRTUAL CARD BECAUSE WHEN YOU CLOSE IT, IT'LL BE GONE FOREVER. That is it, do not sign in to your Best Buy account and do not add anything to your purchase after it has been paid for. My mother and I were having a lengthy two day battle with Acima, where it tried to charge her personal card for $1100 and then it took $50 off her card but never placed the order. It was a very frustrating process. Also the first initial payment is $75, we were told something lower, but it is what it is. Terrible app, they need to work with Best Buy a bit better because it seems like an issue with both Acima and Best Buy. They need to become affiliated with Best Buy.

Will not work on Best Buy. No support Very frustrating app. Poorly done!! No support Reading the other reviews, it appears Acima has no desire to support their Potential Customers, So Ill go to another direction.
