The Glider AI Talent Quality Platform guarantees the high-quality hire on every role, across any industry, whether full-time or contingent, for both talent acquisition and talent development (L&D) teams.

Glider proctoring chrome extension enables screen sharing to support https://hire.glider.ai for the duration of test. Glider seeks candidate's explicit permission to track screen activity during the test period. On test submission, hiring teams are provided with a detailed report on candidate competency and integrity with evidence.

cat meows: notification that I need to be quite looks down contemplating a question: notification warning to watch the screen The entire test was unenjoyable and this app just made it worse.

Literally the worst plugin I've ever used. Super invasive and made my whole laptop lag, freeze, and killed my laptop's battery. Plugin and assessment froze on me and I lost more than 12 minutes on the assessment. I tried refreshing the page but the page wouldn't refresh until "the timer" ran out, assessment auto-submitted making me lose my remaining time. My laptop's battery was over 60% and after less than 30 minutes i was down to 7% battery life, while charging with lowered brightness (about 30%)! I do not have an old laptop, MacBook pro 2021 model, while used original charger and cable. Literally only used one screen and was constantly notified that I was looking at another screen when I was only reading off my laptop. I will never download this plugin again.

The software is garbage. It is ridiculously invasive, but those who want to cheat can easily find a way around it. It constantly sends detracting notifications. For example it detected my "suspicious activity" while I just was reading a text. It constantly sends notifications about the second screen, though instructions did not mention it as a problem. Finally it was suddenly crushed without any messages.

The print was extremely small and the questions were ridiculous. So embarassing! It would have been mice to know that I needed to do a video intro so I could prepare and do my hair and makeup!
