Aux premiers abords, Dragon est une extension qui nous facilite la vie, mais après quelques utilisations le logiciel bug complètement. Seule la dictée vocale reste potable et le fait de changer de page ne lui plait pas vraiment : il cesse de fonctionner et nous devons le relancer depuis zéro... Il n'y a pas de mises à jour ou de nouvelles versions qui permettent à Dragon de s'améliorer concrètement non plus malgré l'idée de départ que je trouve plutôt chouette. C'est tellement dommage. Pour certains appareils, l'application ne s'ouvre même pas ! Je voudrais demander à Nuance une amélioration de cette extension, au moins pour le changement de page, s'il vous plaît.

I was taking online school. Now I can't anymore because this extension doesn't work. The only reason I am able to make this review is because I still have a little bit of use of my hand. When my condition progresses I won't be able to use chrome at all. Even with the extension turned on everything I say gets typed in a text box even when I say "show numbers". Its useless. It worked for two days and never worked since even after reinstalling. My phone has better accessiblity than this. At least when i say "show numbers" it shows numbers i can see... instead of blanking the screen to show colored number boxes then flashing back. That is an awful way to try to navigate. Take a lesson from Android on this one! There is officially no good voice commands for windows now. I guess i will cast my phone to my computer... its only good as a screen now. I'm SO glad i did not pay for my copy of Dragon... at the price it has i would have been VERY mad. It's not even as good as free voice commands on android.

As a person with a disability, I rely on NaturallySpeaking to assist me with anything dealing with speech-to-text. In fact, I am using it to write this review. I'm not sure if the blame resides on Chrome or Nuance as far as this extension is concerned. All I know is that when I use Chrome, it doesn't place a space at the beginning of the next sentence. There are a few other things that work sometimes that won't work other times that are exclusive to when I use Chrome while I am using NaturallySpeaking. For those reasons, I cannot in good conscience give this a five-star review. Like another reviewer mentioned, I, too, have used NaturallySpeaking for well over two decades. Just over 27 years now, when it was version 1.0. I'm sure I don't have to tell anyone just how much the product has improved since those early days. I really do think that they need to figure out what is wrong with the extension. The extension in Chrome defaults to off anytime I close and reopen Chrome. Sadly, NaturallySpeaking's newest version works far better with Edge. I only know this because I decided to try it once since I haven't liked any Microsoft browser after Windows 3.1. Of course, back then, there weren't too many options. Even though Chrome's extension works poorly as it does, I refuse to use in a browser made by Microsoft. Unfortunately, because of what is now an incompatibility issue my days of having Chrome set as my default browser are now numbered.

I cannot overstate how bad this extension is. The Dragon software itself is already bad enough, and in the time I've been using Dragon 15 and 16, this extension itself has literally never worked.

This stinking piece of S##t extension crashes constantly no matter what browser I use! I love Dragon, but I cannot use it because I cannot dictate to my online work.
