No matter what I try it will not keep the extension active. It keeps asking me to restore it. This occurs almost every time I open Google Chrome, yet the extension itself is enabled and says it is added to Chrome.

As a person with a disability( cerebral palsy) this extension is not accurate at all. I have this extension yet, it keeps asking me to add it to chrome. It needs to be a lot better.

Why do I have to reenable it or reinstall it every other day? other than that at least seems to be working okay now. I don't know if that was change with the web extension or with chrome, but I at least am able to dictate into the comment box. Which is something that I wasn't able to do before

Stanley G Duch. June 27, 2017 All of Philip N Cohen's comments are exactly what I would write. I absolutely agree with his entire message. He has stated accurately my same thoughts on this subject. If I may include his observations along with my underlinings, here is what he said. "Nathanael Cohen. Modified Apr 8, 2017 Dragon NaturallySpeaking is a well thought out and effective product, this web extension is useless. I am not even able to dictate into this comment box. Every day or 2 it asks me to reinstall the web extension despite the web extension already being activated on arriving at the extension site it states that it is activated. If you want to have any effective interaction with websites you will need to drastically overhaul this [web] extension." I used DragonPad, dictated my comments, copied it, then pasted it into the comment box. This is a ridiculous and time-consuming method in which to make this comment. This is often what I need to do in order to get a message to many of Google's sites. Please overhaul this web extension.

I'm constantly frustrated with web extension having to be loaded every time you access the program it was not necessary to have these extensions in the earlier programs They work well So why do we need them now? I'm only giving you a one star rating because It is the only way to make comments because I would need give you the one star fix the problem. Yours sincerely Maurice

There is no doubt, as the technology advances we need to adjust to the changes. I feel very strongly that that is generation gap between myself and my sons. At the time I was in high school, I never had the opportunity to have a laptop in the hands. My grandsons, which are 5 and 8 years respectively: go to school with a laptop which belongs to each one, and do the homework using them. At school they also have lectures about how to improve the usage of the technology. Myself, I feel happy whenever I can learn a new program without the help of my son. I must congratulate you for this program, and how easy has become to use it.
