Works perfectly.
Great for improving accessibility! You can make the scroll bar wider and bolder (e.g., high contrast), so it's much easier to see and click with a mouse. It's great for everyone else too! The customisation options are simple, with advanced settings available too. One of my favourite extensions.

The customization it offers is outstanding but what good is this if it doesn't reliably work on 60% of the websites I visit? Half of the time the scrollbars are not skinned and I have to force refresh using Ctrl+F5 to skin them (I am on Chrome 52 beta).
10/10 Extension! Now I can have a thin and dark-style scrollbar.
