You have a major issue on compiling an average ratings to sales platforms(Ebay etc). I mostly agee with Dima´s earlier review comments, as I came in here from Ebay.de site which has Trustpilot rating of 1.2, which I did not believe. I read written comments to that rating which clearly were from disappointed customers about individual sellers of their purchases, not about Ebay.de. However, same negative comments remained even I moved to other Ebay sellers, all of them having +90% ratings. My conclution, Trustpilot rating 1.2 to Ebay.de is not reflecting the reality. To my view Truspilot in general is important but this kind of "process bugs" undermine my trust to Trustpilot.

This is a scam. Your ratings of companies are not accurate. I bought from a company that had a 4.3 rating, and the product was rubbish. If I could give a minus rating, I would.

Es funktioniert einwandfrei und ich bin überrascht, wie viele nach meinem Empfinden ordentliche Websites aus nachvollziehbaren Gründen negativ bewertet wurden. Ebenso überrascht bin ich, dass es offenbar Menschen gibt, die denken, dies hier sei die Website von Trustpilot und irgendwelche Websites bewerten. :-)
