I installed the extension, and it worked fine for the first day. However, after that, I’m unable to hear any audio when I place a call. There is an initial ring, but no ringing tone afterward, and once the call connects, I cannot hear anything—even though the customer can hear me and is speaking. There doesn’t appear to be any option to contact support directly by phone to get this issue resolved. I put 2 stars because I have used it several times. If you're reading this, just purchase another dialer than this. I have so many days that it won't allow me to input credentials. Always saying License Expired. A lot of deals were wasted because of this dialer.

Calling works great but unfortunately doesn't record the calls when I check Twilio. Also, Text Outgoing messages do not send and finally I am not able to access my subscription from another device and I will have to check if the device I purchased subscription is even active. For calls it is a good deal and easy to use!
