I'm a real estate agent in Virginia USA. I use Twilio Auto Dialer and CRM Helper to dial directly from Vortex/RedX platform. It's the only Chrome extension that works on this platform. I have been using it for several months without issues. It has always been fast, easy and reliable. A couple of days ago I needed help and emailed support. They were very fast to address and resolve the issue. They asked me to share my screen with them and the issue was resolved within seconds. Very happy with this product and their support. Highly recommended UPDATE MAY 2023:This used to be such a great extension. It was working great and when there was an issue the support was there to help. Not so anymore! Now it's getting stuck on some numbers, about once every 5 dials but sometimes more. When it does it can take 15 seconds to recover. This makes it really tedious and frustrating to dial. I spoke with support on a conference call when it started happening. They promised they will look into it. Nothing happened. I tried to reach them again. They never respond. Several months later no improvement. I guess they have written me off at this point. Very disappointing.

Great extension and perfect solution to our CRM/VoIP problem, found a minor bug, reached out to support and they had it fixed and a new release out in a timely manner with email updates along the way well worth the monthly cost.

Stopped working. Did not receive any support for the app problem. Just stopped making calls.
