This extension is really helping me understand my usage on the internet, and is helping me regain intention with technology use. I wish I could have the same functions on my phone and across my computer system.

完全にシャットアウトするのではなく、自分で何分見るか宣言する形式なのがちょうどいいです。twitterを無駄にだらだら見ることがなくなりました。
惜しい部分がある 制限されたページと制限されていないページを開いているときに、制限されているページをクリックすると、制限時間が進むが、制限されていないページをクリックすると時間が止まってしまう。 例えばyoutube（制限）を視聴しながらサブモニターでググって（非制限）調べものなどをしていると、制限時間が進まない。 1mUnlockで時間の進み方を確かめてほしい。 次に制限されていないページをクリックし、制限しているページにマウスカーソルを持っていくと時間が進む。 制限時間の進み方に癖があるので、単純に制限されたページを開いている時間だけ、カウントされているわけではない点に注意が必要です。 飽くまで制限されたページを操作している時間を記録・規制するものです。 言葉ではわかりにくいと思いますが、自分で試してみてください。
I've tried (and... failed) to use a number of other site-blocking extensions. But Intention is working for me! It has just the right model of interaction. Wholeheartedly recommended.
