Has been super helpful to cut down on sites that easily draw you into minutes or hours of browsing. It's great that is not a complete blocker of a site but instead enforces interval checkins.
Intention really helps me keep track of how much time I spend derping when I should be doing something productive, or at least give myself a screen break. The streak counter adds incentive to continue good habits. Love it.
Excellent design and implementation. Definitely helping me stay focused, without completely stopping me from using things when I legitimately want to.
