The concept is simple yet brilliant, and its proven highly effective at keeping me organized. I use Workona Tasks as the "bridge" or "link" between my work-related tasks, which mainly live on Outlook, with my general, not-necessarily-work-related tasks that come up during the work day that I want to revisit on my own time. Having it all saved to Workona, which itself is synced to my Google Account, means I can access all my much-needed task reminders wherever I can use Google Chrome.

It is a productivity tool that works with you and not against you. Unlike any other tools in its category, it's snappy, has a beautiful UI, and instead of distracting you with layers to make tasks and notes, it empowers you to gain control of the tabs, spreadsheets, and app overload. I think they should start using the tagline, "productivity workflow turbo booster." You can harness tabs into "workspaces" or as "resources" to the "workspace." You can save anything on the web as a "task" or "note" (including email) to these "workspaces"; it's genius!
Honestly, if you are someone that works out of a browser, like I do, Workona is essential. Being about to group tabs as workspaces, save them as resources, keep notes per workspace, and create tasks is incredible. It does exactly what I need it to do.

simple, effective and super useful
This tool has increased my productivity, management, collaboration, and organization. I happily pay for the pro subscription!
I cant Go back after using WORKONA
This is the first time I've had a productivity tool that has matched how my brain works. Most productivity tools insist on making you focus, which doesn't mesh well with my ADD/Constant context switching. This tool enables me to manage many different areas of focus by minimize the penalty for context switching.
