This originally got 3 stars from me because of the lack of info about the need to integrate with free conference call tool. I had to painfully discover that after doing the work of downloading and signing up on the site. However, as I've been made aware and see that changes has been made to provide more upfront info about that. I now know that it was nothing but an innocent oversight. So hence the change. I'm also thrilled that the CEO and his team are really taking users feedback seriously. Reaching out personally and replying to comments goes a long way to show how much heart and soul they pour into their product and that certainly earns the 5 stars. I believe the users of this product can be rest assured they have a solid team backing it. A product is only as great as the team behind it. So all the best guys. Keep up the good work.

I'm such a fan of Crankwheel. I actually use it for client presentations & training (web designer) while we talk on cellphones. It helps free up bandwidth to deliver good quality streaming. Streaming to mobile devices while on speaker phone or hands free works great too. Highly recommended.
