I use it in the FEX Life Insurance space, and its important to be able to build trust quickly...especially since we end up asking for quite a bit of personal information. Definitely a game changer for helping clients virtually. Other platforms require a download or at least a certain type of browser to share screen content with clients. My retirement plan/IUL clients like it, even Medicare clients are impressed. In this ever-changing, constantly moving society, having a tool that establishes credibility with ease without inconveniencing client is absolute GENIUS. The name sounds clunky but the execution is smooth . . . . Bravo!!!

THIS IS A WONDERFUL TOOL. I CAN SEND A TEXT MESSAGE OR AN EMAIL WITH A LINK. I CONTROL WHAT I SHARE AND THE CLIENT CAN GIVE ME A SIGNED AGREEMENT WITHIN MINUTES. AS AN INSURANCE AGENT THIS HELPS THE CLIENT FEEL PART OF THE PROCESS WITHOUT THEM KNOWING THE TECHNOLOGY. NO SOFTWARE FOR THEM TO INSTALL. AND THE SUPPORT TEAM IS GREAT.
