Reader View extension brings Mozilla's open-source Readability implantation to Chromium. Using this extension you can strip clutters from webpages and read them on "Reader View" mode. The extension allows you to toggle between normal view and reader view by pressing the page-action button.

Note that reader view mode works best for web pages that have a lot of content. There are some tools in the left side panel that can help you personalize your Reader View. You can change color, background-color, font-size, font-family and width of the reader view.

Thanks for making a simple and customizable reader view! I was momentarily disappointed that dark mode still had a bright toolbar, but I appreciate that you made it easy for me to do `#toolbar{background-color:#000}` in the settings.

It does what it claims to do. I would like to have the time-to-read in minutes like in the built-in Firefox reader.

I've recently converted from Safari and I really missed the way you could change every blog, article and page into an easily readable page. This extension does exactly that and I love it!! It still feels and looks a TINY bit alien to me for some reason so it's getting a 4/5. Else it would be 100% 5/5!!

After moving back to Chrome after using Firefox for a while, I was definitely missing the Reader View. To have it ported over in this extension is great. It works just like it does in FF. The only reason I don't give it five stars is that, just like in the Firefox version, I would like a little more control over the options.i.e. font style, the ability to justify-align, etc.
