Pretty amazing. It makes the idea of session management into a very powerful app. Sure you can use it to retrieve crashed sessions and all that stuff, but I use it to create, store and retrieve specific work-spaces and collections. I have a session for all of my online email interfaces to open with one click. I have another for all of my google apps, etc. Great work!

This extension has saved my tabs on numerous occasions. When you run upwards of 100 tabs, you're bound to lose some every now and again. Session buddy automatically backs up my tabs in real time, which saves me from having to dig through my appdata folder hoping to recover my tabs in the case of a crash which chrome does not recover from. In addition, it gives you the ability to save a session, if say for example you were researching something but did not want to keep those 15 tabs open while that project was on hold. Only downside is that it does not save tab history, so you can't click back. I believe this is a limitation of chrome, and not the extension itself.

2026 It is not saving the last sessions automatically anymore 2021 I have no remarks for this extension: it does the work perfectly! I am happy to not lose anymore sessions and important tabs where I left work in standby! Such an extension should be just implemented in the chrome system, cause often, due browser crash for example, sessions get lost. FEATURE REQUEST Please add auto cloud backup and sync. Thanks
