Session Buddy is a tab and bookmark manager that allows you to:
● Save open tabs as collections that can be easily restored later. Great for freeing up memory and avoiding clutter.
● Recover your open tabs after a crash.
● See and manage all open tabs in one place.
● Search collections to quickly find what you're looking for.
...and lots more!

Can we have the delete link functionality back please?
Where did the tab count on the Session Buddy icon go? This is the main feature that I use Session Buddy for. Without it, I'll likely remove the extension.
Thanks for the update. Thought the ext. was dead, actually. But, we must now confirm the deletion of each saved session? You did that just to see if it works, right...
Love this product but command + B for bolding text now brings up Session Buddy. I'm sorry but I need to bold text much more often than using this product. Please fix the keyboard shortcut!
Prima andava bene come era.
Sensacional!
I've been using Session Buddy for years after trying so many other extensions that failed me. I was quite disappointed by the new update and all the functionalities that I'm now missing. Most notably, the "X" before each link. "Collections" replacing "Windows". Not being able to middle-click on a link and open it up in the same window. Not being prompted to create names for my saved sessions. No longer being able to see how many tabs or links are in each window. And just general UI beautification that, despite looking modern and trendy, isn't exactly what would sell me on the extension long term. Rather, it's the simplicity of the functionality for getting the simple tasks done without any issues or extra headaches. The backup process isn't as straightforward as before and feels limiting. So, I felt a ton of frustration today. I downloaded all the other extensions I could replace Session Buddy with. And none of them looked or felt even remotely close to the experience I've had for years. For anyone in full-blown frustration, this FAQ from the team can provide some helpful insights (https://sessionbuddy.com/v4-faq/). I found this link by clicking on "Help" in the the Settings option, when you're in the Session Buddy tab. The team is working on improving the extension and fixing glitches and issues that are inevitable with such big updates. Hopefully this helps some of you. I know what it's like to get horrendous support or complete disregard for the user. The Session Buddy Team doesn't seem to fall into this category. So I'm looking forward to the upcoming improvements.
The old version used to be great, but now I can't use the Command + B shortcut to bold/unbold anymore.
After the update there are some critical issues that need to be looked into. One of my main issues is the fact the search bar is near useless in its current state. Before you could simply enter a key word and it would locate all sessions that had the keyword and you could then go through the sessions and highlight either just tabs with the word, or view the entire session if you needed. With the new update those features were removed and replaced with a general search which doesn't get the job done if you have many sessions. My other main gripe would be the fact sessions no longer display the number of tabs in a session. You now have to manually select a tab to view the number of tabs for a session. More clicks and less information available at a glance...why? With this update a lot of easy to find options are hidden behind other things. History, which used to display up to 3 on the main page and then a drop down for more is only available when you select: "Tabs" Why? Couldn't tell you. There are also other issues user has brought up such as: - Lost sessions after the update. - Chrome "bold" shortcut being replaced with shortcut to open app. You can access extensions settings and manually change the shortcut key which I did, (chrome://extensions/shortcuts) but its still an issue. - Deleting tabs requires more clicks, but I have noticed you can highlight and delete more than one tab at a time now which is nice. Having both options would be preferred instead of having to right click to delete, but honestly this change isn't all that bad. Dark mode is a welcome addition, and also being able to select individual tabs from a session and create a new session to save from those tabs is a nice feature. Im hopeful most of the issues with the current version will be sorted out, but as it is now, its a worse version of the beloved app. If they can revert the search bar to the way it was before and actually list the number of tabs in a session without having to click a session to view it, then most of my issues would be solved.
Newest update makes the UI incredibly confusing and hard to use. The Previous Sessions feature (where it automatically saved your tabs every so often) SEEMS like it has vanished (which is what everyone is complaining about) but actually is still there but has been hidden away for some reason -- to access it, you need to click "This browser" at the top left and then "History" at the top right.
