The auto-backup is pretty much useless, so you'll be relying on manual backups which, frankly, aren't any different than just doing a "bookmark all" on your current window(s). Except, of course, for the fact that bookmarks are far less likely to vanish on you, whereas SessionBuddy will randomly wipe your saved sessions. This extension is worthless to the point of being deliberately sabotaging. Save your time and avoid the stress.

Looks like best... But when I needed it (accidentally closed a window with over 50 tabls) it was not there! why ? because last saved session was a week ago. Looked in the forum: people are asking AutoSave for at least 2 years already. But currently it saves session only then closing chrome. Who closes chrome? I don't reboot for months! As well i don't close chrome until i reboot. Its totally Useless without autosave feature. Moreover its works because you think it is there and you trust it, while it does NOTHING. (unless you close chrome few times a day)

Technically works. This just saves, and then vomits up, a string of URLs as separate tabs. No tab history is saved, no back or forward buttons here. No cookie data either. This is only really good for the power omega user who visits the front page of Instagram and logs in manually/puts in website settings every single time. No clue whatsoever why none of the other reviews mention this. Maaaaybe good if you positively absolutely only need a vague idea of what you were doing at the time the tabs were saved.

I'm sure I'm only using a fraction of the app's features but it works great. I mainly like to save the million tabs I have open before I go play video games so I can clear all the memory that chrome hogs up.
