WOW. This thing is awesome. Wish I found out about it earlier.
Can only save/restore sessions. does not have much editing capabilities other than delete - cannot add or move items between sessions. Does not autosave session when you quite chrome.
After recovering a session some tabs are just blank, they 'forget' their web address. Do not trust this extensnion.

Amazing extension. One lack is it no possibility of saving in the cloud (GDrive, OneDrive etc.) I think it's important feature that you need to implement
Lost all my tabs. That's what I wanted it for. I backed them up, uninstalled Chrome, re-installed Chrome .. and GONE, totally everything GONE. Can't even find file that I backed them up to. Backup name does not exist on system. Only works if you don't need it!
I absolutely adore this extension! I don't have to worry about closing what window or set of tabs any more. When I am working on multiple things at once (which I usually am) I no longer have to worry about having to suddenly or mistakenly closing a window/tab because Session Buddy keeps it all in memory for me! So far it has saved me from 3 different accidents, 6 cluttered messes and avoiding 1 potentially embarrassing situation.
I used that for years, but since a year I got problems. With no clear reason the extension icon didn't work anymore, making the extension useless. I reinstalled the extension and everything came back fine. For some months. Then it happened again. So I gave up using the extension. I can have hundreds of tabs, but that shouldn't be a factor. For the rest the extension always worked smoothly and has the best features. I will assume that these issues are related to my intensive use (or crashes of the browser; that, still, shouldn't break an extension functionality). I'll try it again the future.
The new UI, barring dark mode, is confusing as hell. Completely unnecessary.
can't really trust it in case Chrome loses all your tabs - I had 2 windows open and one of them was saved only 18 days ago...
