Trying to open tabs in incognito windows no longer works. Instead, I get 1 tab incognito, and the rest in whatever the last non-incognito window is selected.

For now 1 star due to 4.0 changes and no ability to separate how long snapshots and browser close sessions are kept. This makes the extension useless for me, personally, in comparison to what it was. Such breaking changes shouldn't be made without workarounds. Also, author deletes random support messages from support group with no info why.

Well I, for one, actually like the update. The old version - while easy to get around at first - had it's own issues when trying to create custom Sessions from multiple windows and different dates. Now if I want to add stuff to an existing Collection, it's just right click Copy/Paste. @John Smith - Or you could right click the link and choose "Delete" (or click the link and press Delete on your KB) It's 1 extra click, but right where you started. And I'm pretty sure that the Confirmation on Delete was always there - you had probably turned those off in the old version, & you can turn it off in the new version as well - it's in "Settings" under "Collections". FWIW, The new method helps prevent accidental link deletions, and brings the Context functionality in-line with what folks are used to with Windows and Chrome (since I'm willing to bet that is the largest install base). Each Extension having it's own unique method of displaying Context options for a given selection would get out of hand really fast. Especially on my Dev machine.

Used to be perfect. New update removed a lot of functionality (open incognito options completely gone) and made simple things harder. I'm looking for an alternative now.

Original Review March 23rd, 2024: Why fix what isn't broken? This new update is not intuitive.. Been using Session buddy for years and never had any issues until this update. Now doing simple things require multiple clicks like deleting a tab. Before you could delete a tab simply by clicking the "X" next to it.. Now you literally have to click next to the tab, select it, click the 3-dot menu, scroll down to where it says "delete", click on that and then click "OK"... Something that you used to be able to do in one click now literally takes 4 clicks.. Please bring back the "X" next to a tab for a quick delete. When you have dozens/hundreds of tables quadrupling your clicks just makes things so much more time consuming. Also, no longer being able to go through your history and delete snapshots makes absolutely no sense.. I don't understand why any of these changes were made, it could've just been left alone. I wish there was a way to install the old version or rollback to before the update. I want to give it 1 star because of this update. But it was truly great before and I hope the devs fix it and bring back features from the previous version, so I'll be increasing it to 3 stars because it used to be 5 stars. Edit May 2024: Looks like the developer is reading peoples comments and actually trying to fix the mistakes they have made. They have added what was always in the old version, the ability to delete tabs with a single click. You do have to go into the settings and enable it though. It is under the "Other" tab all the way at the bottom, the setting is called "Enable single-click close and delete". This is such a useful feature and I am glad they brought it back. I'm going to bump my rating up to 4 stars because it does look like the dev actually cares.
