Mortality is a new tab extension that reminds you of your precise age.
It can also countdown to your death, countdown to a deadline, or show you how many people are older or younger than you globally.
A bitter-sweet motivational tool; it illustrates how little time we have.
By default, circles represent months, for the average lifespan of 79 years.
As you age, the circles fill, and are split into the main Chapters of your life.
Get busy living, or get busy dying.

Have been using this for so long now. Absolutely love it. People always end up asking what it is.
Years later this one of the Chrome Extensions that I continue to use. Well done.
Ad blockers & privacy extensions aside (all of which work in the background), this is probably the most impactful extension I have come across. Thank you Matt.
Literally the best way to keep you in perspective every day and to remind you to appreciate the day. Thank you so much to these developers.
The time left tab makes me very happy, every time I look at it I smile I absolutely love it!
BEST
Perfect. Customisable, aesthetically-pleasing, and just has everything you could want from it. It's extremely customisable (e.g. whether it's a countdown to your death or counts up your age, 24hr time or normal, ability to customise titles, colorscheme, etc), yet that's all hidden behind-the-scenes in the settings so the UI is still very minimalist and simple. You can enter in some personal health facts (optional) for a more accurate estimate when your death date is. If I had to say something negative, my only complaint is that, in the brief moment it takes for the page to load on opening a new tab, the screen is blank white, which is a tad annoying for dark-mode-fans who have to endure bright mode for a fraction of a second. But that really is a nitpick. The app is basically perfect; the only death clock browser extension you'll ever need.
Very good, but every secong print new error in console mortality.js:905 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'innerHTML' of null at App.fn.renderAge (mortality.js:905)
Is it possible to have my bookmarks on while using extension? Now when I open a new tab, I can only see this extension but not my bookmarks. Thanks!
