Right click the top left of the popup, nspect element and delete the highlighted text (just click backspace) and viola popupless adblocker. Keep in mind you'll need to redo this process everytime twitch refreshes and or you open a new instance of it

-3 stars for z-index abuse. Re-evaluate your business model and get creative... You can remove the pop-up by "Right Clicking" and going into dev tools and deleting the parent element. As a Software Engineer myself, I'm tempted to jump into this market and treat customer right.
