The extension's background script (bg.js) contains obfuscated code that performs affiliate cookie stuffing unrelated to its advertised functionality. It generates a persistent unique user fingerprint (stored in chrome.storage.sync), phones home to periodic.metricuser.com every 6 hours to fetch a list of target domains and an affiliate ID, and then silently hijacks browsing by opening hidden pinned tabs through user.extension-info.com/link/ whenever the user visits a targeted site — injecting affiliate cookies via redirect before auto-closing the tab within seconds, completely invisible to the user. This constitutes undisclosed monetization, deceptive behavior, and unauthorized data collection in violation of Chrome Web Store policies.

Works perfectly for mass downloading. But the filenames inside the zip don't sort by year. They sort by month. The extension would be better if the filenames would be saved using YYYY-MM-DD. Right now every mass download is followed by hours of work separating files by year, making folders, etc. It remains a major drawback.

Hi everyone. The extension works — it downloads videos (with sound) and images. However, at some point Instagram blocked individual downloads, and when I try to open links to previously liked posts, it shows a 429 error. Could you please tell me how to remove this error or how long it usually lasts? I waited 65 minutes, but the problem didn’t go away.

Hey, can you change the date, into YYYY/MM/DD so the file itself would be straight into timeline accordingly? Or at least user able to change the date system?
