This extension reduces the screen brightness level for both daytime and night time periods based on the user settings. It is designed to reduce eye strain while you are surfing the Internet. To enhance usability, the software extension offers two different values for daytime and nighttime duration.
Note: It is possible to have no effect on daytime surfing by setting the brightness level to 100% Note: It is recommended to configure the start time for both daytime and nighttime. By default daytime starts at 08:00 and nighttime starts at 19:00.

Don't listen to the person at the top. I found this extension while looking for something to use during nighttime and/or really dark netflix shows, I ignored the other reviews and installed it anyway. Complete waste of time as it didn't work in the slightest.

This was EXACTLY what I have been looking for. Not kidding, looked for something like this for over a year. I've paid for a few extensions that do not come close to this one. I can finally control every aspect of my monitor without touching it. Those that say it doesn't work, I thought the same thing until I actually took the time (you know, that thing none of us have anymore) to test and revise every aspect and color. I'm a picky, picky person. I don't write many reviews, cliche I know, but true - this deserved it for what it is worth. Only desire is to make the interface cleaner as its rather archaic. If used with "dark reader" you can't lose.
La ame, es de las mejores funciona perfecto, lo malo es que es por cada pagina que usar. Pero es excelente me cuida la vista. Gracias.
