Review for the sharer extension: doesn't work if there is a updated version pending and there is an update pending every 2-3 days so it stops sending offers every single time in which time it does not send offers and you miss the immediate opportunity. When you do start again it sends the same offers it's already sent over and over again so your poshmark feed is filled with lots of "offer a lower price to send to likers" messages. It will not update automatically, you have to manually select 'update now' popup. it only follows users one round and then you have to restart it, there is no auto follow that you can set and forget and you have to input a user@ to follow people from their list. Community sharing and follow back are the same, you have to manually update the dates every time and select start, no continuous community auto sharing or auto follow back. 2 stars only because it was okay for sharing when I wasn't a serious seller with only a few items but now I have to move on to a different service that will be fully automated and not need constant attention. Shame because even after the free trail it's much cheaper than posherva but not as automation minded.

This extension was never really free to use because of the time it took to ensure the listing information was correct. I greatly appreciate all the enhancements they continue to bring but the basics are still an issue. Brand information disappears both when importing or delisting. It is random and I happens on common brands, Madewell or Spanx or unknown brands that you need to manually enter on Poshmark or eBay so listings are not showing up on searches because of this. Many times it changes the brand information during re-listing. Many of my Patagonia listings when re-lising were changed to Patricia Nash, the patterns seems to be that it pick the brand that alphabetically is under the brand you used. Screenshots provided to developers and video sent as well. Listings disappear on Poshmark or the system tells you they are no longer listed so there is the high risk of duplication of listings. Bulk offers do not catch all available liked listings. I will catch many listings that, show 30% discounts as the first offer sent to them when in fact I have the auto offer feature turned on for a 10% offer to be sent 6 minutes after a like and I constantly send out 10, 20 and then 30 % discounts so no items should have a 30% as their first offer. While resisting items it will say item cannot be delisted as it has been sold when in fact items are still available on the platform Limited Sharing-not sure why they keep shared limited to 6000. I have a large closet so I can only share only about 1 time a day While what they plan to charge is reasonable, the issues with it are hard to ignore but in order for me to move to another platform I will have to crosscheck over 3200 listings manually which will take a while but I will be looking for another automated program that does the basics well and comes with more tools. Do yourselves a favor and pay a little more and use something else as the errors are constant with this tool.

Was working fine in the beginning, but has too many hiccups/bugs. I dont like that you have to keep computer/laptop on at all times- this eventually damages your screen. Fix the bugs please. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall :(

This is a great extension! Works great! There were a few little hiccups at first... but it's just a learning curve and customer support is awesome! They always answer within a day. Not sure why there's people writing horrible reviews when all they need to do is contact support instead of freaking out.... PLUS... its a free app!! Get over it! If you're unhappy go spend $30 a month!
