Sort out this extension please , its so so bad. Always disconnects with salesforce
Need to renew the extension every couple of weeks, very annoying
The extension never works. Have to remove and reinstall 5 times a day. Very unreliable and frustrating.
If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. The worst possible update Salesloft has had in the past 5 years. I have to exit out of the dialer in Salesforce each time I open a new contact. What the hell happened to auto-populating a contact on the dialer, something you've been doing seamlessly for years? The new engineers at Salesloft seem to be moonlighting in their jobs because this new update is worse than garbage. Additionally, I have to disable this extension EVERY DAY because it starts glitching. Every day at the middle of my work day, I have to disable the extension, enable it again to use it. You guys actually suck now. Do not recommend this to my worst enemy, or even people in prison as this may make their life more miserable than it already is :)
I need to remove this extension and re-install it every 2-3 days, like clockwork.
Have to restart my computer everyday to be able to use it. Very unreliable.
The old extension worked perfectly, was more user friendly and worked way faster.
This new extension is useless. The old one functioned better and was more user friendly. What ever drove the developers in this direction was not the correct move. Does your company even talk to your customers? Do you use your own software? Do better next time and do it soon. Update Jan 27th 2026. I said do better next time!! what is the point of this last update. it now casus the user to click more to do the same work.
Completely unusable and hasn't worked for me in months. I've followed all troubleshooting steps and submitted a support ticket directly. Still a broken plugin sadly.
I used this extension for the better part of 4 years and had almost no issues with it, but this recent update is flat out BROKEN. It crashes every day, and the UI updates are a step backwards. Please please please rollback this update. EDIT 4/24/25 Kurt reached out to ask for more specifics and offer context around the issues and changes. Quality service, and the crashing issue appears to be fixed. Upgrading to 4 stars. It's not a perfect extension but it is useful.
